I’m currently considering the purchase of a derelict bamboo bomber. Total basket case dissaembled in a barn for god knows how long, stripped, you name it, never going to be flown again short of a nonprofit or angel millionaire rebuilding it. But it’s really cheap, REALLY cheap, dash is still full of gauges, has both engines, but the accessories (mags, generators,starters) have been scavenged or lost. It may be a part windfall for two projects or a folly, depending on part availability..
