We are in the process of constructing a 3/4 scale P-51D Mustang. It is a Titan T-51D. Paint cost has been researched, and we are coming up with a total cost in the $12,000 range. Is this the going price today for a custom paint job? This price was quoted by a local shop that does many (100's) of RV's, and has a six month wait list.
