Power Plant: One of "these" turning at 12,000 RPM, 100% power setting:

https://www.homebuiltairplanes.com/...11775-multimode-wankel-rotary.html#post119312

An AC motor and AC generator both integrated into the into the Wankel Rotary engine case.

100HP (LSA) AC multiphase motor/prop drive with 5X the electrical stator poles as the generator = 2400RPM max prop speed.

Thoughts..?

Engine/generator/motor all encased in one housing, motor wired DIRECTLY to generator output.

At 75% power setting the rotary engine is operating at 130% efficiency, no "waste" exhaust gas, compared to non-Atkinson cycle rotary engine.
