I just joined the group. My desire to get a small aircraft has been rekindled lately. Have been scouring the web for the best starter fix wing. I am a tinkerer and builder. So probably a plan build so I can do at my pace and budget. Will also be scrounging to see if a bargain or rebuilder is out there nearby. Looking FAA Part-103 so I don't have to go through the entire private pilot regime.
