Hey guys, my name is Jason and I’m new to the forum. I recently picked up a kit plane for $400 from a local guy's back yard. He did not build the aircraft and had absolutely no paper work to go with it. So I’m hoping someone here may be able to help with identifying it. It has a 4cyl Volkswagen engine (that does happen to run), the wings are aluminum but the rest of the aircraft is canvas wrapped. My best guess is that its a Sonerai? Any Ideas?
