Constructed by two very experienced kit plane builders ( 6 others between them). Death of partner forces sale. The airframe is 95% complete with all updates and modifications done as per Murphy Aircraft's recommendations. The wings are installed and the flaps and ailerons have been rigged. All floorboards, panel covers and doors have been fitted. The main doors have been fitted with 3 point latches which, together with the hinges, give a 5 point latch. The baggage door has a single point latch.
The wings are complete. The fuel tanks have been closed up and pressure tested with no leaks. Droop wingtips have been installed and fitted with solid state strobe lights. Heated pitot installed. All wiring is done to the wing root.
The engine mount has been constructed and fitting checked for the Lycoming engine. Firewall reinforcing has been done, as well as some additional reinforcing to the fuselage area aft of the firewall. Kit includes a fiberglass cowling for the Lycoming TI0-540. All windows have been installed. Side and door windows are bubble windows. Windshield is fitted. Two skylight windows are also installed.
Elevators are fitted with electric trim. The empannage is installed.

Fuselage is on the gear, with flat gear legs and big tires. Dual brakes in each wheel. Master cylinders are installed on the pass side rudder pedals as well as the standard pilot side cyls.
Fuselage is ready for floats if desired. Contact [email protected] Plane is hangered in Kelowna BC. $70,000 for almost complete airframe and the extras needed to complete airframe or $100,000 with a 1/2 time recently top overhauled Lycoming TIO 540 360HP.
