Drawing up the struts for my 500# gross ultralight. I see that Kitfox uses 3/4 x.035 tube. I would like a 3/8 bolt into the end of the strut to facilitate the wing swing and pivot. What is the common source for the strut ends? 7/8 tube x 065 is pretty heavy but the ID is .745 and I can get those weld nut/inserts.
Any leads for lighter tubes and parts appreciated.
