Is the quietest ultralight quieter than a vacuum cleaner?

Vacuum cleaners use electricity, and are used in houses. I wonder if manufacturers try to make them quiet. Leaf blowers are annoyingly loud too. Both use less than 1 hp, but are still very loud.

Are there any ultralights quieter than these? All this talk about mufflers, big propellers, small engines, streamlining, pointing the exhaust right, and I wonder what expectations are realistic.
