NOTE: The aircraft I'm considering is a Rans S-6 with a 100 HP Rotax 912 ULS.

What would be the advantage to a ground-adjustable prop? I'm aware of the use of in-flight-adjustable props to change from a climb to a cruise configuration, but I can't really figure out the benefit of the ground-adjustable prop.

What would be the advantage of a three-blade prop over a two-blade?

Thanks!
