Its back on the market--the last buyer has yet to give me a down paymet --so here it is again--
GEO METRO 3Cylinder with Belt Redrive 1.85/1
This engine uses the original TBI and computerized ignition--
Spins a 60" prop about 2800 RPM at slightly over 5100 engine RPM
Puts out about the same thrust as a 582 Rotax
All Up weight is 155#-This can be reduced a little by swapping out the alternator with a lightweight one and making a new exhaust manifold and gettin rid of the cast Iron one--these two changes should knock off 8# or so--
Asking $1.5K --If thsts too much make me an offer -I'll consider anything in trade--well almost any thing --
I'll ship the basic engine w/redrive --but if you want I'll send the test stand and the pusher prop (test club -not to be used for flying) --shipping/ crating is on your dime !!
Make me an offer or Im gonna pull the redrive off and take a hammer to it ----Im tired of it sittng in my hanger
