Here is a chart of X-foil data that shows Cl with different flaperon setups. The 23015 and LS413 seems the best from a pure lift point of view. The AS5045 and NLF0115 seem best from a low drag point of view. I know the AS5045 was designed with X-foil so I'm not sure how well it would translate into reality. Flaps larger than 25% of the cord and dropped more than 30 degrees don't seem to increase Cl which seems to coincide with reality. The .90/10 means flap at .90 of the cord and the 10 means they are deflected down 10 degrees.
