Was flying Rc at Red rock canyon , when a older gentleman near 90
showed up , and talked to me for over an hour. Apparently he flew sailplanes
with Mr Briegleb somewhere near Cathedral Canyon in Nevada . That would be
South West of Pahrump , and just before the Cali border.
Does anyone know about where this runway can be located ; it's suppose
to be a Great place to fly glider , with thermals big as city blocks. It
sounds like a place I'd like to set up my camping site , with motor glider
and escape all reality from this troubled world ?
