I've done some searches here, came up empty handed. Do we have a list of component/material weights that could be used to estimate the empty weight and CG of a new design? Even weights for props, tailwheels, etc aren't typically listed in sales literature.
Raymer and others suggest use of general historical "% of empty weight" of similar aircraft for landing gear, etc. I'm hoping it will be practical to use real weights, at least to a point.
Anyone willing to share their "Empty weight & balance buildup spreadsheet" here? Or provide a link to one you know about?
