I've been able to find 3 view scale drawings of just about any plane I was interested in but I haven't been able to find one of the Aerostar 600/601, very strange. There's a side view out there but I'm specifically looking for the top view so I can get a plan of the wings.

What terms would you suggest goggling to find it, or are there any archives of 3 views you know of? Thanks.

Although there is a spar-like assembly in the Aerostar wing, the principal loads actually go into the skin. This was one of the first applications of the stressed skin wing, which allowed for a more efficient wing structure and less material inside (less expensive). It's been quite a while since I've seen the analysis but from what I recall, Ted Smith designed it pretty much like we do with some composites today. Unique for its day.
