2 seat tandem - mid wing spar/cockpit arrangments

hi, been a while now I've posted here, always keeping an eye though ;)

I am toying with the idea of a 2 seat tandem with a mid wing. Playing with drawing arrangements at the moment and trying to figure out a way to have the spar go through the cockpit and not having the legs in the same location.

Of similar arrangment is the Yak-54, anybody has a side view drawing showing spar/pilot locations ?
The pictures I can see online seem to show the front occupant feets being fairly raised to accomodate the spar.

My initial drawing (red lines for reference @ 25% 35% and what seems to be a normal aft spar location) :
