Finally figured the way to make bubble windows for my Skyboy. Will post some pictures. Maybe this will be useful for somebody. Looks very cool and hundred times stronger. Original 1.5 mm flat lexan was flexing in flight. I used 2 mm acrylic for this project.

I need to know correct adhesive to use to glue window in place. I was told before to use Sikaflex 221 or 252. Wondering what is typically used in manufacturing process to glue window inside of composite frame?
