The meeting will happen at the airfield Münster-Telgte (EDLT), situated ca. 60NM North-East of Dusseldorf (EDDL) on the 30.5 .- 1.6.2014. However if the weather does prove not to be not suitable we have identified the period 27. - 29.6.2014 as an alternative.
For sure we will keep you informed about anything happening re timing via the Facebook Group "Int. Van RV Meeting 2014 - GER" and the website VAN'S MEETING | International Annual Vans RV Meeting – Germany (site will be fully online by end of January).
Currently we are compiling a program which should suit other RV enthusiasts and Vans RV owners regarding both RV topics, other issues about Experimental aviation and evening events like:
• Noise abatement regulations and measurement for Experimental aircraft
• Carburator ice issues on RV planes and how to prevent them
• ´Where should I run my Engine´ - a summary of the John Deakin column
• RC Pitts aerobatic demonstration
• BBQ and live music band on Saturday evening.
Non RV airplanes are welcome too and camping will be possible on the airfield ground (for RV owners next to your parked RV if you like).
