How many members using a CAD program to draw with?
Any preferences and or tips to offer?
I'm only new to using it, but I have a handy tip...
When drawing out individual parts, place them in their relative coordinates to their position on the airframe before you save them. That way you can "build" your plane up in the program by inserting each component, if you have done your work well, they all should go in their respective places and will all fit and look somehat like a plane!
Saving the parts in place also makes it easy to make small alterations, you can switch easily between one variant and the other without having to spend a lot of time positioning the new part in the drawing.
