    I assure you, the Pratt and Whitney engineers understand how to design aircraft engines and this was taken into account.

    This has also be extremely well proven in the locomotive and sailing community for over a century now. The efficiency gains are well proven.

    The only major difference is the availability of lightweight batteries in sufficient quantities. Ten years ago a fleet of these would have taken the entire world supply.
