    Stainless gas welding

    titanium push rods

    I wish to use titanium or even carbon instead of steel for all my Pitts push rods.Original is 4130N 5/8" x .035".It seems that titanium is more flexible than 4130N steel,so i could use 3/4" x 035".Carbon is very stiff.The big deal,is how to fix the parts where the bearings are bold at each ends...
