When working out wing area do you include the area inside the nacelle`s of a twin engined design? or do you have to increase the wing area to compensate for the lost area in the nacelle. I know that you include the area inside the fuselage

Also how much larger would you make the fin to cope with engine out? is there any rule of thumb?
