    its a real shame these things have pretty much died out. Larry and Bill Lishman had plans to build 25 of these with an elevator on the back which i would have LOVED to have gotten one. never knew why it didnt pan out.

    i think he was flying into the wind at stall speed and just stalled it there. Even tho the weather was good there had to be a pretty good breeze coming thru that gap. very lucky-and probably a little skill?

    Looks like a 42-43 TAC or O58. The log books are probably more important than the pictures as without them you will have a hard road to get it approved thru the FAA. On the other hand, if You CAN get your hands on the log books it could be possible that it has a warbird history. Problem areas...
