    Repainting composite

I have a DF that needs paint. Paint chips and top slurry popping off. What is the best way to remove old paint? Will new epoxy micro slurry top coat bond to old paint and featherlite (I think) or should I just sand, prime, and paint. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Bob (n2dfs2)
