    Has anyone used this TIG welder....

    I have it. It seems to work great on thin steel tubing. I butt welded two 4130 tubes with it (not for aircraft use of course) and you wouldn't know it unless the joint was pointed out to you. There is no high frequency module, so you'll have to scratch start (easily learned skill). This also...
