    Where to save coordinate files on my mac for Xfoil?

    I tried moving xfoil to it's own folder then put an airfoil file in that same folder like you suggest in option 3, but still no luck. Xfoil still can't see the file. I miss my PC... Thanks for the help though! I'll keep trying.

    I'm running the program as downloaded from the link on the Xfoil site. I have no idea what a BIN directory is, and I'm not using Fortran. I'm using the X11 that was recommended on the download site.

    Hello all. My PC crashed and I'm trying to get Xfoil up and running on my Mac. The program is working but I'm having trouble loading coordinate files (.dat) into Xfile. It seems like I had a folder for all my .dat files within the Xfile folder on my PC. Not sure where to put the .dat files...
