    I would like the builder to sit in it and see if it will hold his weight. With that many holes I think it will fold up right there and then. Even if it does hold his weight statically, what is going to happen during take off or landing when the structure encounters any increased loading...

    My preferred method to cut curved shapes from sheet are the air shears. For small peices with highly curved cuts to be made, the nibbler.
