Anyone have a CNC in their shop ?

Does anyone have a CNC machine in their shop that could cut some small pieces out of 4130 sheet & 6061 T6 sheet for me ? Every part of my gyro,so far, has been fabricated by hand and the time consumed in doing it this way is astronomical. I need to speed up my progress if I want to fly this...

    Rotax 670 radiator ?

I've been researching radiator options for my Rotax 670 on my Hornet gyro. It appears that most of the Dominator guys are using the VW Rabbit radiator. Any suggestions on radiator options? It will be mounted in the fashion that is shown in the pic.... Kevin

    Hornet max engine size.....why ???

So,I have a question about the Hornet gyro that I can't seem to work out in my head. The plans specifically point out that a Rotax 503 is the largest engine allowed. For the life of me I can't figure out why that is. I have always had the belief that the more power you have on a gyro the better...

    Opinion on stabilizer wanted....

So....this is a bit of redesign on my RW19 Stork and I would like some opinions. Roger used L-brackets to attach the horizontal stab to the fuselage of his original just like a TEAM Minimax does. Prepping plywood for T-88.....

I remember reading that plywood needs prepped before being glued with T-88 but I can't find that discussion again. If I recall correctly.....the ply is prepped by scraping with razor blades or sanding to get the coating off. Can someone expand on this....??? Kevin
