    Have you tried to generously pre coat the surface with thinner warm epoxy before placing the 7781 on top? 7725 is definitely easier.

    Not missed. We are all speculating on the costs and condition of the molds and other details. I've seen some surprisingly small shipping quotes. It is an interesting motorglider - maybe he can get some help from an akaflieg, EAA chapter or autoreply :)

    Been there..believe me when I say you want a GOOD walkaround-inspection. The release or death of all biting-stinging insects (critters) should be high on the pre-flight and landing checklist. They always seem to attack when it is quiet on short final ;)

    Ah, but can you get wave free sailplane quality wing molds in a weekend? Something else to check on the Windex molds - might be quite the find if the molds are in good shape and you have the design and construction info..it would make a nice little cruiser or glider
