    I was reading the spec you have on the cam shaft .. I build dirt late model engines with a ton of power and the cam you are talking about is flat out junk for what you want to do . The stroker is good , for your project . Use a low profile intake manifold with small diameter headers .

    I have a christavia . I would figure out why it is so heavy . The 290 is part of the problem . I have a 0200 C with light weight starter and alternator. The proto type was a hand prop engine .
