    I regret that I dd not take more photos of the folding hinge. It is a turned 1" bolt with a head on it to receive the bolt that attaches the wing attachment to the bolt head. This pivot bolt fits into a tube in the center section where it rotates. Check page 9. Hope this helps.

    With all my years in aviation I would say NO. Pop rivets for aluminum to aluminum yes if pop rivets are aluminum.
