I was going through my books today and found this manual. I don't need it anymore. Maybe someone else can use it. It is not the 2014 version available for $75 on his website, but I bought it in March 2014. I made some notes here and there but all-in-all it is in good shape. I did not build - I bought - so no greasy fingerprints, etc.
I didn't see any need of photos, but if absolutely necessary I can post one or two...
