So I have started drawing out ideas for my extended pacer wing. Extending the flaps to 75% span with 25% chord. Ailerons will get 25% span with 25% roll spoilers. The concept is somewhat similar to the cessna caravan except with the stockpipp piper airfoil. Is this layout radical? Any obvious downfalls to this layout? Also attached is the flap/cove shape I have found on another thread. Below it is an idea that I have with cambering to improve flap performance. Would this be a bad idea to apply to the 35B airfoil? Thanks!
