Having technical engineering experience, being a wannabe pilot, I have keen interest in "wing in Ground Effect" design.
All season transport.
The simple concept would be an "airboat" with interchangeable airfoils added to sufficiently lift off surface.
Canard wing required.
For aircraft type performance, centre of mass and center of lift need careful placement and be adjustable. Aye, there's a challenge.
