Greetings all.
Following the latest news about Vans, I'd like to discuss why so many companies - quite often with very good products - had to close shop, restructure, be absorbed by others, and so on. My intention is not to open another discussion about Vans, but to find some common points as to why it happens so often in this industry. What are your impressions, opinions, etc?
