If one were to build a LSA and put the specified climb prop on it to keep the speeds within the LSA limits, and go through the test flights as such, does it remain an LSA if a cruise prop is later put on it and increases the speed? If not, would it return to being an LSA if the climb prop is later put back on?
If it is initially registered non-LSA with the cruise prop and faster than the LSA speeds, can it be converted back to LSA if an appropriately slower climb prop is put on it?
Does this require going through the flight testing again?
