Good morning all. I've been kind of fascinated by the Taylor Monoplane for many years now. I was recently on the Taylor website looking at the plans for the Monoplane and the Titch. I see that it's stipulated for both plans that the maximum pilot weight is 190 lbs. It's been many years since I've seen 190 lbs.! If I tried very hard I might make 205 lbs., maybe even 200 lbs. Does anyone here have experience with the Monoplane in regards to heavier pilots? I've heard, but not seen, that there was a Monoplane built with a tube fuselage. That might help a little with empty weight.

Thanks everyone.
