Tapered spar

I've been trying to figure out a way to built an all composite tapered spar, without too much molding, jigging, sanding et c.

This is the main idea:

- build the spar core in foam (with indents et c.)
- build the spar web with some off-the-shelf panel (possibly butting at the ribs)
- use some C channels to make the caps
- drop some uni tape layers inside the channel
- drop the foam inside the channel over the tape
- repeat at the other side
- press and glue the assembly to reach the desired taper, possibly using the web as a reference
- glue the side webs to the caps and foam

Too simple to be true, I guess...
