This is a slow set epoxy and is listed on EBay for $19.95 with free shipping for 7 x 24oz. (Parts A+B 12oz. each).
I realize West System epoxy is mostly used yet, for $20 you'll get 168oz/10.5lbs. this is a lot of epoxy. It appears to be clear/light tan 1:1 mix like most slow set epoxies. It can be used in-doors or out to secure wood railings when the spring bolt is installed which acts like an invisible clamp to make a permanent bond. In any case one 24oz. part A&B is $6 and at that price is still an excellent buy and worth a go for evaluation.
Surewood is a structural epoxy like T-88 and if its bond is stronger than the wood and flexible really what difference does it make. Considering its pricing a builder would have adequate adhesive to bond an entire airplane for $20.
I plan on ordering one kit because of shelf life, even though I've haven't finalized my design just to check it out. If the works out by passing real tests on several coupons including the dreaded hot water test, it's a go. I believe there are several large manufactures of epoxy which all brands buy from then re-labeled and resell as the best there is.
Honestly, epoxy like many other products, is adware fooling customer by smoke and mirrors magic which brand is really the best. As for FAA certified only means a product has passed certain tests and few distributors want to test their products even if they would pass because of legal reasons. Mention airplane and click your call is disconnected.
