Hi Everybody

Spar Construction.jpg

Enclosed the composite layup schedule for a C spar with poltruded carbon rods.
I have two questions.
Should i have some cloth layup between the sandwich core and the graphlite rods (gap in the graph)?
How long would you size the overlap between the outer shearweb and inner shearweb at the ends of the C?
Would you bond the core (Rohacell) and the rods with metacrilate or epoxy
Thx
