Am trying to finish up a project which was started by another back in the 1970s; a true scratch built Biplane which is patterned after the 'Wiley Post Model A.' This Wiley Post Biplane was actually granted a type certificate,#561 in 1935. 13 units were produced. I acquired the project in a partially completed and dis-assembled condition three years ago. My efforts are now directed at the final rigging of wings and controls. I joined this forum primarily to see if I might glean some information from the experience of others, and in particular advice on the proper cable tensions for 1/8 inch flying and landing wires? I would suspect that this would be similar to perhaps the Hatz? Thanks for the excellent forums! Mark W
