I am nearing completion of construction for my Prue Super Standard sailplane. Finally obtained some plexiglass for experimentation and have run into some issues that I believe can be solved via the information I receive on this forum. Along with the original project, a canopy tool was received, shiny on the inside and rough on the outside.
My question is, given the design, was the plexiglass intended to be blown into the tool? There are no holes for vacuuming the plexi into the tool. Or is there another method of canopy forming I am not aware of. The tool encompasses the turtledeck and the canopy.
