I am trying to pin down a winter project and am toying with the idea of building my own propeller. I won’t have any problems with the build process itself but where I hit a hurdle is design and templates (if available) and would like to educate myself more.

Can anyone point me in a direction where there’s some good literature on design choices? It would be a pusher prop 68” and around 26-27 degree pitch for 220hp with more cruise performance.
