I have a Rans S7 project that needs a prop. It had a Warp Drive 68" HPL on it but it needs new blades (one was broken and the other 2 are an old design they no longer make). I can send the hub back to WD so it can be checked out. I couldn't find any cracks but they know better where to look.

I am wondering if I should buy new Warp blades, buy a new Whirlwind prop, or something else for the S7? The NR prop sounds like a good way to go but with the war with Russia, they're having a hard time making props in Ukraine these days. My S7 has the standard single tubular gear (not the earliest cub style nor the newer flat aluminum style) and standard aircraft tires so it's not sitting up higher for a longer prop. I also read somewhere on here about Whirlwind blades will fit the HPL hub? Anyone know about this? The Whirlwind model I was looking at is the GA-RW3B-70" and I wonder if I can just buy those blades and use in my HPL hub if it checks out OK?

Thanks,
Jay
