I have read NACA report 603 which covers test results for 23012 profiles but I'm unsure if it can be applied to my case with GA 30-612 wing profile and a symmetrical flap. There is also earlier report TN-524 covering Clark-Y with symmetrical flap which is very close to my case but those tests were done with the hinge axis located in the flap chord plane which I'm afraid can't be done with chosen construction methods (see V twin bird). Does anyone have any insights?
