I am designing a STOL aircraft of
Length 12ft
Height 5-6ft.
Wingspan 15ft
Wing Breadth 2.6ft
Wing Area 39sqft
Aspect Ratio 5.77
The wing design will be rectangular. And the aircraft is a scaled down version of the DRACO (modified Wilga 2000).

Can the wings generate enough lift to carry about 100 kilograms? Please suggest if I have to change any dimensions for 100kg to be flown.
I'm still in the designing phase and this is the first time I'm designing any kind of aircraft. If y'all have any other tips and things then please respond with that too.
