N number and hanger rental

Hello,

I live in Southern California so no hangers, just like every other place but worse.

in any case to get on a hanger waiting list, I have to provide the N number. I am probably a year away from needing to move to the airport BTW.

Is there anyway to get an N number preassigned? So I can get on the list without any intrigue?
