Hi all:

I've had my Cozy Mk IV plans since 2000 - I've been buying parts, materials, and projects all this time.

In April this year, I bought Joe Person's project, a really well-built Cozy IV project. I got the fuselage, center section spar, MLG hoop, canard, and NG-30 assy. I promptly sold the duplicate parts I had, and inventored & reorganized my parts & materials - big job itself. I started kitting stuff by Chapter and generated a Builder's Log, Airframe & Engine logbooks, started a Maintenance Manual, etc.

I finally finished some parts: I deburred, tumble deburred, etched, Alodined, primed, topcoated, and assembled the MLG wheels/tubes/tires and the NLG wheels/tire/tubes - done!

I need to build the strakes, wings, winglets, install the NG-30s and build the nose, finish the control system, fill & sand, prime & paint, wire it, and buy the engine & install it. Almost done! ; )

I am finally finishing up my PPL - been flying since 1968 - ready to resolo!

Regards,
James
