I was surfing around (as you do), and had a bit of a look at the Morgan 3 wheeler.

1976 cc V-twin
82 bhp @ 5200 rpm
140 NM @ 3250 rpm
EFI
Dry sump (I think)
Air cooled

I don't know the engine weight, but the whole car weighs 550 kg

Assuming it was limited to 2500-3000 rpm to avoid needing a PSRU, it should still be good for 40-50 hp.

Is it a candidate?
