How to adjust cable tension w/o turnbuckles???

This picture is taken from the Ragwing plans for the RW4/5/6. These are the wing struts and bracing cables. Also note the aileron cable running along the outside of the rear strut.

How do you make sure the cable tension is equalized, without turnbuckles? Otherwise you would be putting a twist on the wing.

Also, it seems that getting the correct tension on the aileron cables would be a problem.
