May be a bit off-topic but can be interesting stuff for local public 
I saw in internet an interesting project silent arrow gd-2000 and make my variant of it. Surprisingly it took less time than expected and my team provide first drop tests from abandoned building in one month after project begin. We change wing profile to ancient ex-soviet Tsagi R3 and reach 9.5 Lift-to-drag ratio compare original 8.4
We will do numerous tests and seems final product will completely differs of Silent Arrow in order to get at least 15 Lift-to-drag ratio.
